CalOPPA

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.

CalOPPA Agreements

1) Users can visit our site anonymously, 2) once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page, 3) our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy', and can be easily be found, 4) users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Page, 5) users are able to change their personal information by contacting us, 6) we honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.

Google Tracking, Google Analytics

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to collect information on our site. Google's use of cookies enables it to collect analytics information on our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. We along with third-party vendors, such as Google, use first-party cookies (i.e. Google Analytics) and third-party cookies (i.e. DoubleClick) and other ad service functions as they relate to our website. Users may opt out of the use of the cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
